François Poirier has over 40 years' experience in Private Equity. He worked at IDI, and then managed Astorg when it was a subsidiary of the Suez Group. He has been the Executive Chairman of Pléiade Investissement since its creation in 2000. He is also the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Pléiade Venture.

Boris Tronc has been working in the private equity industry for over 20 years, He joined Pléiade Investissement in 2009, became Managing Director in 2016 then co-Head in 2025.

Emmanuelle Guez has over 30 years experience in finance. She spent 11 years within the LCL Bank as Corporate Finance Director dealing with structured financing & LBO operations, leading M&A transactions and equity funds raising ; then 9 years as COO within AOS, a growing mid-cap company under LBO process, building the group’s internationalization, managing subsidiaries, equity operations and sale of the group. She joined Pléiade Investissement begining 2017.

Quentin Durville started his carreer as part of the Investment funds Quilvest Private Equity then he joined Pléiade Investissement begining 2017.

Vartan began his career as a Corporate Finance Analyst within the Advisory division of RSM France, before joining KPMG’s Transaction Services team in 2017, where he took part in around thirty mid- to large-cap transactions on behalf of corporate and private equity clients. After a first experience in private equity at Generis Capital Partners from 2021 to 2025, he joined Pléiade Investissement as an Investment Associate.

Martin began his professional career working at Ardian, where he studied investment opportunities in French and European growth companies. Then, he joined Pléiade Investissement mid-2020 as Analyst.

Caroline began her career with internships at Deloitte's Transaction Services department, then at Pléiade Investissement and Ardian Growth. In January 2024, she joined Pléiade Investissement as an Analyst.

Emilie started her career at PwC in Asset Management department. Then she joined Mazars as consultant and auditor in investment fund. She joined Pléiade Investissement at the begining of 2020.

Matthieu began her career in audit at KPMG Luxembourg in Private Equity before joining Ardian, where he worked in the Middle Office teams in Customized Solutions and then in Infrastructure. He joined Pléiade Investissement in September 2025 as Senior Finance Controller.

Laurence began her career in a sports marketing agency, handling Hospitality for major sports events. She then became internal communication & clients events manager at Colliers. She joined Pléiade as Office manager in May 2024.
