Entrepreneurs financing other entrepreneurs

All shareholders of Pléiade Investissement have personally supported or developed a business they created or inherited.

Through Pléiade Investissement, whose assets under management amount to €60 M, they reinvest part of their equity and share their experience with other entrepreneurs.

Pléiade Investissement invests along side entrepreneurs who want to develop their business, purchase a company they are managing, or sell a company they will continue to manage.

July 2009
Following the first OBO achieved in June 2006, Pléiade Investissement completed a second LBO on group DIVALTO. This transaction has enabled the final exit of the founders and the increase of the management and staff stake in the company equity.
